Stuck load screen and Game Sharing

Hi, we're aware that some players have saves/progress that can get into a bad state and will get stuck on a load screen. Can anyone affected by this (whether you're still affected or if you've got...

  • Can you provide the system you're on?
  • Ps4
  • Was all sharing local to one system? If so, how many accounts played Heat and how many were affected?
  • Just the one main account
  • Did you game share by logging into a friend's system? If so, was this with just one friend or more? Is it in one location or more?
  • No other shares
  • Do you have multiple consoles you play on locally. 
  • No just base ps4
  • Alternatively, if you've never shared the game and have a single account on a single system, that may also help.
    Any information you can provide will help with looking into this. 

  • Also have deleted game progress and user data. And tried to download game it's self. Purchased the deluxe edition also if helps. But has been 2 days with same error messages.
