Hi I have an issue with need for speed heat with not getting passed the loading screen.

- Was all sharing local to one system? If so, how many accounts played Heat and how many were affected?

- Did you game share by logging into a friend's system? If so, was this with just one friend or more? Is it in one location or more?

- Do you have multiple consoles you play on locally.
- NO
- Alternatively, if you've never shared the game and have a single account on a single system, that may also help.

I encountered the issue around 5:00 pm.
I recently took the update and load the game everything works up untill the main screen to press play to start.
I have uninstalled it twice and deleted my save possibly being a corrupt save, hard rest my Xbox multiple times and still no luck
