Stuck load screen and Game Sharing

I have an xbox one and have played NFS Heat regularly.  I stopped playing for a bit, but trying to get back on and its stuck at the main screen (screen where I press a to play as me or change accounts) I've tried resetting the game and system as well as redownload the game. Nothing is working
