Stuck on loading screen to the online mode NFS Heat

I am pressing the play online button after everything loaded without any error and then my loading bar is full and it's still stuck on the same screen and nothing finishes loading

Assuming you are on PC, try right clicking the game in Origin and then choose Repair.

Let that process finish and then retry playing, thanks.

I have a similar problem. It gets stuck on the home screen but on my phone and only with my ISP. With other ISPs it works fine. Do you know what it can be and what should I inform my internet provider?
