I have redirected the second thread here since this is the same topic.
There is a policy against this behavior for every game the only difference with Battlefield (since this example has been mentioned) is the platform, the request is sent via Battlelog.
I have edited messages mentioning a specific user or a group of users. An investigation has to be conduct first and no updates will be posted on the forums regarding this situation due to our privacy policies.
For any other reports such as harassment, cheating you have to contact a game advisor directly.
What about your TERMS OF SERVICE 11. Rules of conduct

Which is only available in certain countries. I have no option to do what the instructions say. It's ridiclous how hard it is to get in contact with the proper people and reporting cheaters. WHY are you making it so hard?
