I have edited messages mentioning a specific user or a group of users. An investigation has to be conduct first and no updates will be posted on the forums regarding this situation due to our privacy policies.
For any other reports such as harassment, cheating you have to contact a game advisor directly.
Which is only available in certain countries. I have no option to do what the instructions say. It's ridiclous how hard it is to get in contact with the proper people and reporting cheaters. WHY are you making it so hard?

I many times sent the complaint to these players, but actions it wasn't accepted. What it is necessary to make that moderators of game banned these players? Unless there aren't enough proofs?An investigation is needed, even if screenshots were provided.
The infraction has to be reviewed and verified first but it doesn't mean that no action will be taken or your report has not been accepted.
The verifications can take some time.

Great... it's just one the last page where you write the actual report you have to chose what kind of cheat or harrasment, there's nothing to chose in the dropdown box and that field is required in order to send the message. Again, fail. Double facepalm won't suffice... (This is is the contact page in Swedish).
