I many times sent the complaint to these players, but actions it wasn't accepted. What it is necessary to make that moderators of game banned these players? Unless there aren't enough proofs?
An investigation is needed, even if screenshots were provided.
The infraction has to be reviewed and verified first but it doesn't mean that no action will be taken or your report has not been accepted.
The verifications can take some time.
