Alright, I reported all the cheaters mentioned here, but I selected the category "General problem".
(In the request I mentioned that it is the wrong category.)
I got some generic-looking response from EA and will try to translate it (my annotations in []):
Thank you for contacting the EA customer support.
Please note: We can only take action [against cheaters] if there are proves for these violations of our ToS (Terms of Service).
In addition to the persona-name [probably = nickname] of the affected user, please send me a screenshot (for instance of the chat history [?]) or even a video.
Unfortunately, statistics are not enough, especially when our servers are unter maintenance, the statistical data is not always reliable and [statistics] often show absurd data.
1. Which chat history is the person talking about? There is no chat history in NFSMW2.
2. In my mail to EA, I gave all the proves which were posted here in this thread (videos and screenshots). These should be enough to ban the players.
3. Any suggestions what to do next? Does it make any sense to write the same mail (which already contained proves) again?
I decided to stay persistent and wrote another message to EA.
This time I only mentioned players who can really be proved to be cheaters for sure.

If any of the proofs is not a clear proof in your opinion, please let me know so that more relevant proofs can be given next time for cheaters who violate the ToS.
