    @Lakelouis Torres shot Mercer in the finale cutscene since you can hear a gunshot.Which means Mercer was shot in front of the BMW rather than in it.But if BMW was shipped for Torres personal gain,player cant get it after finale.BMW was gifted to player after finale so the car is most likely left at crash site then being towed away to player's garage.
