Trouble logging on to NFS HEAT ONLINE for PC

So today my game bugged in Nfs heat while I was customizing my car online. It froze for about 5 min so I decided to shut off my pc. After trying to get online for nfs heat I still cant get online. I'm able to play nfs unbound online, but I cant with heat. One thing I did notice is that when I first load into heat it sows a bar of certain things loading for the game and one of them is inventory. It never fully loads with my inventory and I'm guessing the reason is because I was customizing my car and buying stuff right before my game froze. If anyone knows how to ix this please let me know since I really want to play with my friends.
