plz help im playing need for speed heat I have xbox ultimate which gives you ea acces but I've never gotten to play online plz tell me what to do.
The EA Play app for PlayStation has been discontinued. You can still get those games as part of EA Play, but they need to be downloaded through the PlayStation store.
How come they have charged me for the EA for PlayStation when it’s discontinued?

What is happening when you try to play? As far as being double charged goes, you'll need to contact Sony to see if they can help with that.
