Unable to connect to EA

    Hi there, @TarrenGill.

    Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo so i keep clicking the psn sign in link on your website but all it does is prompt me to change my password i've changed the pasword over 6 times now still nothing

    Can you give me some more details? What exactly is happening? Are you trying to play NFS Heat, but when you try to load into the game, you get a message about being unable to connect?
