@SeraphTC_PC any links to a log file? D3D11Install.exe is a directX installer. If the game files themselves installed correctly(can launch game via executable, NFS13.exe in this case) and icons/entries to control panel's programs exist, then you should be able to launch the game just fine, given the fact, that DX11 is probably installed already by some other game.
If that works, try clearing origin cache and the game should appear as installed in origin as well

The contents of InstallLog.txt show an error (error code 193) launching D3D11Install.exe. This file exists in the correct location, but will not execute manually.
As the DX Installation is attempted before the game is installed, the game installation never takes place.
The download completes, so the NFS13 binary is in place. However, running it manually does very little - the executable runs for a few seconds then terminates with nothing displayed on screen.
I have tried running dxsetup.exe manually (as an admin), which works but does not solve the problem. I have followed instructions elsewhere on this forum suggesting changing the compatibility level for d3d11install.exe and running it as an admin and these also do not work.

Try installing the game to a different location which uses very basic directory names(i.e. C:\origin\)
It'd be also a good idea to install Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable just in case
