Even though this handling model has generally been received very well among a large part of our audience, at Ghost we have always felt there was room for improvement.
This was tackled in a number of ways for NFS Heat.
I'm sorry, but this is just laughable. 😃
Imagine that you like the handling would go online to complain about it? How about complementing it? Most people that liked it probably didn't say anything because the handling was fine to them. I was one of those people, the handling worked fine. It wasn't the best by any means. Just because you hear so many people complaining about does not mean they are the majority of the players. A minority of people can make their voice heard.
If I like a handling model, I would compliment it. I wouldn't complain about it. lol
More power to you if you like the brake2drift handling model.
But for the people that played the NFS games from 1994 - 2002 era and Black Box NFS games (like myself), the brake2drift handling model is trash.
When I played Need For Speed 2015 (Need For Speed Reboot), I was fighting with my cars instead of enjoying driving my cars.
You may say "Git gud at the game", but I don't want to "git gud" in a game with trash driving physics.
