Anyone know how to get the underglow the AI we race against uses? Like the lvl 400 AI named Haze in the black Ferrari or the Evo X AI named Banjo around lvl 200 and the BMW M3 AI named Miro. As well ...

What I mean is there’s extra rewards for completing a district
Oof I've already said they aren't awarded from collectibles/activities. I've already 100% all of the districts and they didn't award the underglow's I talked about. I wish they had them in the effects store and tell you how to get them like performance parts did. I hope this can be answered soon ❤️
