unlock codes for need for speed carbon on ps3 without an internet connection

Need to know the codes to unlock the online rewards for need for speed carbon on PlayStation 3 without an internet connection. Don't really care about the decor just the cars. If there are none, then EA and all other game companies should make codes to unlock these items because not everyone has internet in their home.
