Unplayable online due to lag
I'm wondering if anyone has been able to do a race online without any lag...? I play on the 360 and when playing online all other racers seems to be out of sync by anywhere from 2-3 seconds to a minu...

Xandu and I tried again to play in the same world, and we saw each other, then would disappear on each other.
Can see each others Dust motes and hit our Invisible selves with weapons, but not the cars, well we see cars but they are not 'there'. but further up the road or round the bend rolling into traffic. But this is also down 'park next to the repair station and see if I can hit you etc'. Xan even layed down a lot of Spike strips which I could see but not his car. But it lagged the game really badly?
I got serveral Hits but just before the kill, the car would warp off to another location, so no bust a friend achievement as yet.
Just sux now that this is not even better than a 9 year old game like Burnout Revenge, though less complicated, still works and updated quick to fix any faults.
Well I tweeted all concerned in making this game, no hint of anything what so ever, where do I get a refund from and how?
Unless it i linked to the BF4 problem too?
