Used CD-Key

I once installed the physical copy of this game in my other ID, but I forgot the E-Mail and password that I used in the ID that has this game, now I have another account and I try to install the game, but the CD-Key is used. What can I do?

    From what I understand, you would like to merge two Origin accounts (assuming you are playing on a PC Platform.)
    Is that correct?

    If you are looking to merge two Origin accounts together, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor for assistance, however please do note that some limitations may apply: 

    • Certain titles / previous purchases may not be able to be transferred.
    • Some cloud saves may not transfer.
    • Some game leaderboard stats may not transfer.

    I once install Need for speed: the run , I used my cd-key .After 1 year it want CD-key again and when I used it , it tell "This code has already been used"

    . What I can do ? =/

    1- Click help with a game
    2- Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
    3- Select a topic for the best results.
    4- If your topic isn’t listed, Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us
    5- Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    6- Select live chat or call me to request a call back.

    Make sure you have the phone near you if you selected call me and have the device you are having the issue on near you also.
