Using Razer Raiju - Tournament Edition, can't open map

Hi, I've just bought a Razer Raiju for PC, especially to play this game. However, it seems like i can't open the map with SHARE button as it shows on the settings menu with xbox joystick. anyone has any suggestions with this?
