Very grainy graphics on Xbox One?

Not sure if this is a problem or just the way its supposed to be but in certain districts of the world ( mainly the darker ones) the graphics are very grainy and blurry, I see screenshots and videos o...

    That grainy filter is made on purpose for a movie camera kind of atmosphere.

    I dislike it too, hope the devs add an option to turn it off rather than removing it completely, because there are players who enjoy that effect.

    I too would like to turn off the grain filter. Makes the game look like a * with sprinkles
