@Game_Of_Races now here's the thing, to beat marcus at the end if chapter 19 you'll probably need to get your viper up to somewhere around 940-950ish pr which will probably mean 8* car with most parts as black edition but perhaps not with all materials fitted (a maxed 8* viper without tuning is 960pr)
now, if you can get legendary (gold) parts installed on your one:1 by buying them with scrap points then your one:1 should be an end game car, i've not installed any materials on mine yet but at 5* with legendary parts it comes out at 977pr, which should be enough to beat Marcus, if you cant buy legendary parts then i'm not sure that 5* epic parts will give you enough pr

a one:1 at 977pr is more than plenty to beat marcus, the race shows as medium difficulty but wins quite easily, even on autodrive
@Game_Of_Races its difficult to answer that one, it would depend on what parts you have in storage, (i only keep legendary parts and scrap everything else) given that each hyper car legendary part is 434k scrap points........ obviously as you install new parts youll get some scrap points for scrapping the old part, the other thing is installing engine parts gives the biggest increase in pr so perhaps go for those first if you can get enough scrap points together

I'm not exactly clear how much more you need to get your Viper tunable. I think you should at least consider that as an option. A tuned Viper with six tuning points has a pr of around 1015. Which should be more than enough for Marcus. There is a lot I don't remember about way back in the game. One thing I do remember, was Marcus crashing, allowing me to win level 19. Not sure how long it might have taken otherwise. The one:1 is an awesome car but won't really be useful for a while. Also I'm more looking forward to the Venom.
