vw beetle not showing on pc

Question

I am at the spot for the derelict vehicle vw, but can't see it. I hear others pinging it, and collecting it, but I can't do anything bc it doesn't show on my pc! I have all others and have had no trouble like this before! please help!

Try right clicking the game tile in Origin and then Repair, let us know if this works, thanks.

It does not work. did the repair and when i entered the game and went to the spot for the vw I can still hear others beacons but not my own nor does it show the location or the beetle
