What means when my car flashes with both turn signals?

It's your hazard lights, in a real life situation some luxury and newer vehicles are coming with automatic hazards when you get in a car accident.
In your car it would be a red triangle in the center console.

I think it means you just been through some heavy turbulence 😛

I have only seen it in cases of horrible crashes that my Character would have easily been scrambled in.
