What means when my car flashes with both turn signals?

It's your hazard lights, in a real life situation some luxury and newer vehicles are coming with automatic hazards when you get in a car accident.
In your car it would be a red triangle in the center console.

Yeah. I know about hazard lights and all that sistem, but i was thinking that in game you can turn signal light on/off. Also, can you horn in this game? 🙂)
