White Screen with Vehicle able to still drive

Okay everybody,

I was in free roam and was driving like a person on speed. In my mind I wanted to go as fast as I could with out hitting anything.

Hitting top speed with NOS in the tank I go for it while cornering. It seems so fast that all I can see is the front car the sides are totally fading out

Then all of a sudden the screen goes white and the car is still there visible. 350Z was still in the middle of the screen and I could drive forward, backward, and side to side.

I drove like this for a while but the screen did not return to normal

Turned off game then the system

Came back after some time and it was fine game stated up loaded the game and off to the racing I went
