Why am i getting ultimate and not ultimate+ parts from heat level 5 races

I've done about 4 high heat races them being the heat 3 first then the heat 5 after and I've only gotten ultimate parts. I thought heat 5 races automatically give you ultimate+ parts. Unless I'm wrong?

    If you are at Rep level 50 and running a Heat 5 race:

    - If you have no Ult parts unlocked in a Heat level 5 race, then you Might get an Ult+ part.

    - If you already have all Ult parts unlocked in a Heat level 5 race, then you Will get an Ult+ part.
