Why don't I see the daily challenges?

I have been experiencing the issue since January 30, but I noticed with the forums and the trophies of recently played players that the last ones fell on January 27, nothing since. I also contacted EA by ticket and by phone with capture in support, explaining the issue coming from all platforms and from all regions of the world (thanks to the live streams that I watched) and the agent advised me to wait 48 hours before contacting EA again to re-report the is

sue and that he would pass the word on to the technicians again. I noticed that since February 4, I no longer have access to the Day/Night challenges which are empty like the Daily Challenges. Another bug? I think. While waiting for the rectification, I hope that EA will do everything possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I hope they fix it before my gamepass runs out

 I’m currently having the same issue. l’m playing on PS5 and I first encountered this last Tuesday, January 28. I contacted EA support, provided them screen-shots and spoke to two agents. They acknowledged the fact that it’s bugged but couldn’t provide me details on a fix. They said they would inform the dev team and they also encouraged me to post on EA forums. I guess if enough players report the bug they might patch it.

In that case, you can try reporting the issue to the cloud gaming service and you can try talking to EA support. Also, you should wait a bit the issue could resolve by itself.

reinstalling doesn’t help at all.It is a common bug. There is no solution, but to wait. The challenges will reappear after a couple of days. There is nothing else to speed the process. I have the same problem, as many else (if you google it).

You should try reinstalling your game. Nothing much more you can do.
