Nope. If it did, they'd announce it as a huge thing since it's something very rare - but if they had only released NFS2015 on one of the consoles, there might have been a chance for cross-platform gaming.
Considering it's a common theme around here right now, don't blame EA or Ghost Games this time. I doubt either Sony or MS would say "Yes, cross-platform between our and our rival's console sounds like a good idea, feel free to implement it!", so they're the ones to blame - but on the other side, they all just want to make a profit, so it sort-of makes sense not to allow it.

are there any plans for cross platform in nfs heat at the moment?
I suggest you crossplay this. i remember Miami a bit different but ya. make this crossplay and you will have a money maker and keep it updated.
