@armse95 that's a rendering issue and has nothing to do with the AI, but both are huge issues in themselves
The AI aspect is most noticeable when the idiots stop in an intersection because you've come near to them, or they do the completely ridiculous.
I've seen AI driving down the wrong side of the road in the wrong direction... IE on the left of the yellow line but going with the traffic on the right side....
As for the rendering, it's rarely noticeable when in solo play, but if you're looking for it you'll notice it from time to time.
It gets exponentially worse when online though, and it issue is that the whole map IS NOT rendered at one time, it's rendered in a roughly 300 meter bubble around you, and that's fine for trees and the inanimate, but when you throw in moving vehicles, it gets worse, those will render between the 300meter mark down to literally on top of you.
It gets worse still when you do a race that crosses paths with another online racer doing a different race, in the city core areas, and worse again if either of you are in a pursuit.
I literally drove through 3 vehicles and slammed into the 4th that I couldn't see, because I had just been INSIDE the ambulance or tow truck in front of it ....

And even worse, it can all be avoided by simply increasing the distance, changing some numbers, all of 10 seconds to fix; but no, they're stubborn as a mule so here we are.
I've changed traffic distance values in TDU2, so I know just how little time it takes to make an adjustment; so in short, it is - the way it is, because Ghost wants it - the way it is.
And they also want to keep losing fans and money too, apparently.
