[XBOX ONE] NFS launches, black screens, then exits to dash
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Called for EA Customer Support and the representative and I couldn't find a solution to my issue.
Game starts, NFS game artwork full screens for 5 seconds, then screen blacks out for another 5 seconds, then exits to dash.
I have:
1) Cleared local saves
2) Hard Reset
3) Power Cycled
4) Cleared MAC Address
5) Cleaned the disk with a clean, damp microfiber cloth
6) Deleted my profile from the xbox one, and downloaded my profile again.
7) Deleted the game, then hard reset and reinstalled.
Nothing worked. Apparently my issue is unique to me. All my other disk games work. This is the only game giving me issues.
If anyone has an idea on what to do it'd be greatly appreciated.

Are you on the Xbox Preview PRogram? I am and that was the cause of the issue for me. it's a known issue that some games and apps are a lil glitchy with the Preview Dashboard. Happens to me with NFS sometimes (right now I am like a Meth head waiting on the server to come back up) also on Twitch and Transformers Devastation.
