[XBOX ONE] NFS launches, black screens, then exits to dash

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Called for EA Customer Support and the representative and I couldn't find a solution to my issue. Game starts, NFS game artwork full screens for 5 seco...

    Are you on the Xbox Preview PRogram? I am and that was the cause of the issue for me. it's a known issue that some games and apps are a lil glitchy with the Preview Dashboard. Happens to me with NFS sometimes (right now I am like a Meth head waiting on the server to come back up) also on Twitch and Transformers Devastation.
