Your page for contacting an EA Advisor by mail is not working
Hi,
Your HELP page informs about two ways for asking support: visit Answers HQ or fill a form to send a mail to an EA Advisor. First one is too easy and cheap for EA, so I wasted my time filling all required information on the form, but I found another issue: the link "Email us" at the bottom of the page is always disabled, despite all requiered information is already provided, so it seems I cannot send the information to an EA Advisor this way.
At the end It is not so important, just another day of a very happy EA customer receiving the amazing EA's High Quality of Service.
Therefore, the other way... Unfortunately my expectations about visiting Answers HQ and getting a solution for my issue are as follows:
- if the solution exists and it is someway documented and it can be found, my issue will be solved
- if it is not the case, I will write a question at Answers HQ
- if some gentle user reads my question, knows the solution and is so kind to answer my question, my issue will be solved
- if it is not the case, we are done and we can attend any other business
Yep, in that case my expectation is my issue won't be solved. According to my experience, and with all due respect, probably EA Advisors are just imaginary characters: I have asked many times for help and I have never received any answer or any kind of feedback from any person with the role of "EA Advisor".
