Hi there , I purchased the NFS ultimate collection upgrade few days ago , my game is working fine and i have all the other DLC working fine , the problem is with the Vol 9 premium speed pass , it’s showing that I need to buy it again .! Already contacted both PSN and EA support team , but there is still no response or resolution for this issue , anyone one have any suggestions?

I have the same issue #EA do something about this problem on PS5. I cannot claim any content from the pass.

Hi Groguet. I can share some images with you. I believe I am suffering from the same issue. So in short words, the PlayStation store still asks us to pay for the VOL9 premium speed pass even though we have purchased the ultimate collection upgrade. In the image, you can tell that the ultimate collection is purchased but the speed pass still has a price tag on it. I checked both the in-game and outside stores; none showed a download button. We really need some help from you and thank you so much, sir.

@EA_Groguet Hi there Groguet , it’s not actually an Error we’re receiving but it’s a missing item from the full package, I’ve purchased the NFS unbound ultimate collection upgrade and received all the items mentioned in the description except the VOL 9 premium speed pass which shows that i need to pay for it 9.99$ , all the other DLC working fine except that one thing .

I have the same issue #EA do something about this problem on PS5. I cannot claim any content from the pass.

Seriously!!!!! I've tried live chat support, just to have it disconnect mid chat as I was trying to send a picture with proof, and the rejoin on that chat is next to impossible

Good morning, the Premium Volume 9 Pass should now be available and installable. Another update went out a couple of hours ago on top of 9.0.2 which should've fixed this.

Go to the In-game store (next to the Story mode, Online tabs on main menu) and the Vol 9 pass should be there and available to install. You may need to restart Unbound once installed.

I have the same problem. They said they’re aware of the issue and working on fixing it. I guess all we have to do is wait for the fix.

I contacted both EA and PSN. It seems that this is still not an known issue though. EA said I have to contact PSN but PSN said they need to investigate.

No , nothing.. both sides only blaming each other .
Specially PSN they don’t even bother to respond to your questions and just close your chat for no reason , I’m done with this
