@EA_David is there any update regarding this problem? It seems that the problem is for PSN in all regions.
Community AdminI don't have access to Heat disc, but I think this problem should be resolved since many people bought Heat digitally on PSN and should get this loyalty discount esp. before launch as pre-order
yeah... the main thing is that on the original post is said:
"If you bought a digital copy of Need for Speed Heat, you’ll be eligible for 10% off when you pre-order digital copies of Need for Speed Unbound."
so...
i also own heat digitally via psn and have been holding off preordering unbound since it went live as the loyalty discount wasn’t working. i hope there’s some way of fixing it before release as i don’t want to miss the preorder bonuses.
Is the 10% loyalty discount on top of the EA Play discount? If so: it’s not working appropriately on xbox.
I believe it is supposed to stack so you get both the EA play and loyalty discounts.
Can't find any official confirmation though.
The discounts stack, it's the same as in the Fifa games.
It's conspicuous that a company like EA doesn't seem to be able to fix this within a couple days. Even the communication is a bit... "off", to say the least.
@lukec31131 that is good to know, thank you. I cancelled my preorder until it’s fixed, otherwise I’ll grab it in a 20% or higher sale.
@EA_David I've checked both Disc & Digital version, I don't see the NFS Unbound loyalty offer anywhere.
@EA_David would it be possible for people to verify they own heat and then receive a voucher or some kind of discount code to enter manually?

It is somehow weird that till now the problem which seems so simple is not resolved and fixed. It is really preventing me from preordering NFS Unbound.
