Resolved, PS5 - Unable to download NFS Unbound on EA Play

I subscribed to EA play yesterday to be able to play nsf unbound today. this morning I downloaded the game and was able to play. now this afternoon it is no longer available for download, but it is still on the EA play list. It now has a price of 107 BRL in the store and is not available for download with EA play. I want to play, I just subscribed to EA play because of this game.

Hey NFS Players,

Thanks for taking a moment to share what you have been running into with NFS Unbound.

If you are still seeing issues with playing NFS Unbound on PS5 with EA Play, would it be possible to get a bit more information?

Platform:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:

Region:

Are you getting an error message?

Are you currently subscribed to EA Play?

Have you purchased NFS Unbound? (outside of having access on EA Play)
If you have, which edition of NFS Unbound did you purchase?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Check you are using the correct console account.

Check your 'library' to see if the game is available there.

Hello, I have been a member of EA play since August last year, and in the early hours of yesterday the game appeared on the ps store for download as part of the EA Play catalog of games, I was able to download it and play for about an hour, but then when trying to start the game again, it shows me a message that indicates that I do not have a license for the game.
What can be happening?

@EA_Barry of course I'm using the correct account. see on twitter, many people with the same problem. everyone who has ps5 can not access the game. I already leave here my indignation for the misleading advertisement and if the game is not available as shown in the EA play list on ps5, I want my money back. I subscribed to this service just because of this game.

See? All games with ea play, but unbound. This is the ea play list.

I also have the exact same problem. It's in my downloaded list but has a lock symbol in top corner and a view product link instead of download. When I click view product it takes me to a purchase price icon instead of download. Every other game in ea play service is accessible only NFS unbound isn't working

@DJXTRA24 I am very angry. I'm on vacation, I have time to play the whole game but EA won't let me play. I want my money back.

@DJXTRA24 I already sent an email to EA support, but this company is horrible. unfortunately it owns the nfs and I love that franchise.
