Hi EA why is the game only for SERIES X\S and PS5 some people cant afford neither consoles and also powerful PC, it would be better at least if the game can also run on the Xbox one & PS4 it would be affordable for other peopleThat be at least be the game it runs on old and current consoles

Games are always evolving and getting more powerful, bigger, etc... It's the natural cycle and a lot of devs want to push their games to the best they can be which means at some point cutting off older gen systems like PS4 which hold the game back, creates more work managing different console generations and all of that.

Why are people referring to consoles released in 2020 as 'next gen' ? They're current gen, and have been for a while. You're running an old console and more and more new games won't run on them. Same for PC, you need to keep upgrading. Gaming means spending cash on a console/new PC every couple of years.If you can't afford that (understandable in todays age) then that's very sorry, but that's how life works. You can't have certain things. (Neither can I, or anyone else for that matter, even if they're better off financially)

"Twice MSRP", that barely exists anymore. Even next gen consoles on StockX are selling for at most, $200 over retail. There is a point in time when next gen needs to be the only priority. It's been two years, it's been more than enough time to focus on both previous and next gen. It's time to move on.

It's an unfortunate but necessary evil to help push games to new levels. You'll still be able to discuss and interact with thr community though and it'll always be there if/when you decide to make the switch

Current gen consoles are on the market for 2 years already and have no more issues with availability. Upgrade instead of being shocked that almost 10 years old devices get no new games.

why not if other xbox one series x compatible games can be made together on one bluray and 4k hd at the same time it works even though it's 10 years old,for example,WRC GENERATIONS game for XBOX SERIES X & XBOX ONE,CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE IIPlatforma Xbox One & Xbox Series X,and many other games are made so that you can play them on the old and nextgen series of consoles,Think about it, everything can be done if you want to,only ea games, I have the feeling that they are not interested in making more for us, others for both xbox series can be made together in one and 4K hd.

and this game is specially for FIFA 23 game for XBOX ONE there are many games for old consoles and nextgen I don't understand why not for the rest of us who have old consoles if there could be other games left for the old console and nextgen series electronic arts that they are not interested in making the old xbox one and nextgen series x for both consoles

I know it's frustrating not being able to play a game you waited for. But thrust me, it is already glitchy and buggy as it is on Current Gen. Lot of textures rendering and popping in problems. Releasing it on Old Gen would only create a new Cyberpunk 2077. That game is unplayable on old gen. It was so messed up it was removed from the PS Store for a while. Hell, have you seen how GTA Online looks on old gen now? They keep updating it but old gen consoles can't follow anymore. Now people who play GTA online on old gen spends more time waiting for the game to load textures and restating the game because it froze than actually play the game.
They won't make NFS on PS4 and Xbox One because they can't. Thrust me when I say this. EA is a money making machine. If there is a way for them to make maximum profits, they will. They knew they would make a lot more money with NFS if they released the game on old gen. But they didn't. If EA of all companies decides to give up on a ton of cash by not releasing the game on old gen, there is a good reason.

i read that some of us don't have money for nextgen consoles need for speed unbound I have Cyberpunk 2077 for xbox one it works normally, but sometimes it crashes I've played the story a million times in this game but I didn't notice any other errors electronic arts make takot ostali work for both xbox one and x series consoles I have many other games also for this platform in one together xbox one nextgen series x that's no reason to give up due to bugs and glitches those who do this will always be because we would like unlimited money I call it cheating let them think this is no reason to decides to give up I don't see this reason, but they should make it for all consoles, many of us still have old consoles electronic arts they are not interested for other people who have old consoles.

I personally don't have a lot of money to upgrade consoles every year As a social worker, I only get 400 euros a month from them for one game that they don't want to make for all consoles electronic arts and Criterion Games not interested

Then again, thinking it's just EA doing this is foolish. Plenty other companies are leaving old gen behind as well.
Kylotonn, the one who makes WRC games, decided to not launch Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown on old gen, and future WRC games will likely follow.
Gotham Knights didn't launch on old gen either.
Starfield will be Xbox Series and PC only
Forza Motorsports (2023) is Xbox Series and PC only as well
The Elder Scrolls 6 will also be Xbox Series and PC only
Ratchet and clank : rift apart is PS5 exclusive. Same for the future Spider-man 2 game.
Forspoken will be a PS5 exclusivity for at least 24 months after it's release before being introduced to PC
Alan Wake 2 will be current gen only.
I don't think I have to give more exemples, although they are many more I could give. The whole video game industry is moving on. Not just EA. In a year or two, there won' t be any video game company that will release their games on old gen. That's how it is and you can't do anything about it. Complaining online about it won't make your wishes come true.
The only thing I can suggest you is to forget about it and move on. Thinking about it for too long will only frustrate you more and that's not healthy.
