Hey @ShortOgi

Can we try the following?

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

ı can not downloading games from ea app. I have xbox game pass ultimate and two days ago ı tried to download fifa 23 and bf2042. Then a error occured at my monitor. It says something went wrong. I tried everything even formating my pc. And still ı have the same error. pls help me!
