To confirm can you check if the Order for the Palace Edition, or the upgrade if purchased after is showing as completed on the platform you are on?
If so I would recommend speaking with our support to confirm your account should have access to the content.

Im missing my 150k bonus from the Need For Speed Unbound Palace Edition and its been 24 hours since i bought the edition.
I bought the addon for 10 euro and I didnt get the 150k in multiplayer. I dont care about the cars I bought it for the money and didnt get it. I had allready completed singleplayer and I many hours in multiplayer.
Got palace edition and no money in multiplayer checked downloads all that still nothing
Hello, back again with my second issue, now after finally getting the game to install from purchasing from epic, our next issue is that me and my partner both have all the DLC items from the cosmetics side of things but not the 150k MP bonus, I can see many post's on this exact problem, with people being told to contact there platform which is nonsense as this issue is with EA and nobody else, it shows in EA app as installed palace version but it's missing the money which is so disappointing.
PS I think its a bad idea that single player and MP run separately but the challenges in game count across both so if you spend hours doing single player to get used to the game then go in to MP you can no longer make money from the challenges because you did them in single player, they should both be incorporated together so everything carries from single to MP and vice versa.
