3 bar boost and existing equipment.

Dear EA developers,

I've been online since this morning after installing the update and the Vol. 9 Speedpass, I've driven everything and of course searched my garage. So, in the garage, so much of the equipment I had is now locked up again. I took a picture. But what's even worse, and it's the same for some of my friends, is that the 3 bar boost no longer works! My race results are so much worse, depending on the class, it can make a difference from a few seconds to many seconds. We have to be happy that we sometimes get a 1 bar boost at all. And the rewards from the lockdowns are displayed, but cannot be found in the garage.
