Account gone!

My account was deleted, the account was simply reset in story mode and online mode for a few months! My level has remained the same, my cars and my money are completely gone. Up to now this problem has still not been solved. I've reinstalled the game several times and tried other methods, but nothing helps. I also left a lot of money in this game, which is why I find it extremely unfortunate that there is no solution for this, so I wanted to try it through a forum entry and am therefore asking for help on what can be done, because I haven't just invested money but also a lot of time.
