Achievement are not getting unlocked on Steam

Summarize your bug Achievements are stuck on 40/41 on Steam client where as on EA play they are at 37/41
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Was playing the game and its a achievement bug occurrence was during the gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? Achievement is not counting on Steam client and EA play app
What do you expect to see? My achievements unlocked.
