Can my 11-year-old race online?
I created an EA account for him, but when I go to the "Connected Accounts" tab and try and set up the link to his PS account, I get this message: "We couldn't link your accounts. Your EA Account or your PlayStation™Network account is ineligible for linking."
Is there simply no way to link an EA account to a child Playstation account? He just wants to race against his friends.
This is almost certainly an age-related issue. In most regions, the minimum age to play online is 13, though it's higher in a few places. Please see the following pages for help with parental controls, account linking, etc.
