Binding actions to escape in KEY BINDINGS should be impossible

Summarize your bug Binding action to escape should be impossible.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to CONTROLS ➡️ KEY BINDINGS, try to bind an action to a key that is already bound to other action, get DUPLICATE FOUND message, press TRY ANOTHER KEY, then press Escape key. You are meant to exit the prompt, but you end up binding Escape key to the action you chose to bind.
What happens when the bug occurs? Black Box / Criterion moment happens. What do you expect me to fill in this form, huh?
What do you expect to see? Fixed behaviour.
