Can EA do real work and fix controller support on Unbound

Can you guys do real work instead of cashgrab and blaming your consumers for issues with your games and fix the xbox controller support for need for speed unbound which is not only 2 years old but came after a game that has WORKING controller support, abysmal company

and please dont tell me to update my firmware, drivers, or mess with steam input because ive tried it, i have tried every solution you guys have provided which leaves me only with it must be on EA's end
