Cannot equip more than a part at a time

Summarize your bug Every time I try to change parts on my cars in online it just reverts back to default. I can change one part which will stick but anything else I change after that will be reverted back to default. (engine parts, paint, tags etc) I have to leave online and reconnect to keep equipping a part for every session
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy and equip more than one engine part
What happens when the bug occurs? Any part equipped after the first one gets reverted back to default
What do you expect to see? The game working properly.. This bug has been reported months ago and it's still a problem
