Can't equip horseshoe banner audio

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Even though I have unlocked the banner audio for completing 10 rumble playlists but it cannot be equipped.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, might be acc specific, screens attached.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot equip banner audio.
What do you expect to see? Banner audio being equipped.

As seen on the attached screenshots, I have completed 10 rumble playlists but cannot equip the banner audio that is a reward. What is very strange is that it used to be fine and I used this banner audio before. I have cleared cache files, reinstalled the game, didn't work (although it fixed some other bugs when I somehow forced the game to resync profile on my pc and in the cloud). This one seems to be unfixable on my side.

    Having the same issue thought it was only me . It’s a couple items like that too , banners etc.

    @FramboliHaving the same problem too.It was even happening before the new Vol.3 update and is still locked.Also I'm getting the Failed to Create Lobby error once I go online and the garage scene loads up.I usually just bypass the error and am able to join a server.I am also having an issue where once I'm in the online map and say after a race I drive back to ANY garage, it won't let me enter garage and immediately kicks me offline and straight to the dashboard.

    @Framboli Can confirm, all Banner rewards from Vol. 2 are now mysteriously locked in Vol. 3 despite completing every single Online challenge before the update. I am now concerned if this issue will carry over to Vol. 4, specifically for the Speed Pass rewards.
