I wanted to check if you are still seeing this? If so, can we try going through the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Hi, @EA_Illium ! I went through all of these steps in EA App, Windows system and other programs, but NFS still does not work, when I launch it with Wi-Fi connection. My Wi-Fi connection speed is about 100 Mbps. I have no VPN, Proxy, Anti-spyware programs or other programs that could cause problems. I added EA app and games as exceptions. I don't know how Firewall works, but there are inbound rules for NFS that say profile is public and rules are enabled, no outbound rules.

@EA_Illium In the EA app I'm online. I can play with no problems using cable Internet connection. The issue exists only for Wi-Fi connection.

To check does your router have any settings you can edit to see if the connection will work?
