To check does your router have any settings you can edit to see if the connection will work?

@EA_Illium This "advice" was NOT A SOLUTION! I didn't say that. So please DO NOT MARK THIS AS A SOLUTION! I just gave up waiting for help from your useless support service and decided to look for a solution of the problem on my own!
