Car bugged leads to Story Mode not loading

Summarize your bug Car body completely disappears, story mode world is just a blank void you can't drive around in, story mode infinitely loads.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was messing around in my garage, which was selected to my RX-7 Spirit, my wrap came off my car. I was able to reinstall it through the library on the wrap, but the stance on the car was undone for some reason. After this, I went to see if I could install the new bodykit from the Robojets pack, but when I entered the body kit menu, my car suddenly just became a frame and some coilovers, other body kits would load in but again without my wrap. I exited out of the menu after not seeing the legendary variant available for the RX-7 I already owned with all the upgrades but the car was still just the frame. I thought this was just a visual bug and ignored it, going to just go out in the town, but when i left the garage the car was still just it's frame and suspension. The world was also totally blank and i couldnt move. Dialogue and music played, my driver character was moving in her seat but nothing else. All that I could see was a grey void, the car frame, and my driver. I was able to quit back to main menu and decided to try the new online features. Since I hadn't played online yet it had me make a character, which i did, and was able to enter a game no problem, even was able to use the robojet RX-7 no issue. After playing for a bit I wanted to go back to the story, so I quit to menu. When I got back to the menu the driver appears, but the car is still just the frame (refer to screenshots attached). I selected story and it took me to a load screen. After about a minute or two the bar on the bottom of the screen was full, but it didn't load. I let this go for a few minutes but noticed no change, so I alt+f4'd and restarted the game. The car bug was still there, and this time I loaded and timed it, Which was stuck on the screen for a whopping 20 minutes without anything happening. I can't access story at all now and I'm super far into the game, on the final week before the grand, so it's a lot of progress lost if that save is somehow corrupted or something for changing my body kit shape.
