Connection Lost — Account Issue (Needs Profile Reset)

Hello,   I cannot connect to online features in Need for Speed Unbound. It always shows “CONNECTION LOST”.   I have already tried: - Fresh Windows install - New SSD - Cleared EA + Steam cache...

This issue is account-specific. Another EA account works fine on the same PC and network. Needs escalation.
